Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and the hygiene seal remains intact where applicable.
Generate Shipping Label
Select your preferred carrier through the portal to download your pre-paid return label or generate a QR code for paperless drop-off.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
